Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for store credit or exchange it for something else.  You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.  Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them in and in the original box and/or packaging.

Please notify RotoMAAK as soon as possible BEFORE returning your product.  The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured.  Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges.

We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking fee or repair fee if the item has been damaged.

Be sure to use an insured shipping company as returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.  While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
